Artificial intelligence detection technologies rely on probabilistic analysis and evolving machine learning models. As a result, detection results may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
Detection indicators should not be interpreted as definitive conclusions regarding the authenticity, origin, authorship, or integrity of any media.
RealScroll does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of automated detection results and shall not be responsible for any decisions, actions, reputational harm, or conclusions made based on such results.
RealScroll may also use human moderation processes or additional review procedures when necessary to enforce platform policies.

Pro Account Subscriptions and Payments

Pro Account Features
A Pro Account may include access to certain premium features such as a Pro Badge, enhanced profile functionality, boosted visibility within certain platform areas, a creativity portfolio tab, clickable links, trusted creator status indicators, priority support, and other features that may be introduced or modified from time to time.
The specific features available under a Pro Account may vary and may change as the platform evolves.
RealScroll does not guarantee that any Pro feature will result in increased followers, engagement, reach, business opportunities, or financial gain.
Subscription Plans
Pro Accounts may be offered through monthly, quarterly, annual, or other subscription plans.
Subscription pricing and billing periods will be displayed to users at the time of purchase.
Taxes such as VAT or local taxes may apply depending on the user’s location.
Billing and Payment
By purchasing a Pro subscription, you authorize RealScroll or its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information associated with their subscription.
Payment Failure
If a subscription payment fails or cannot be processed, RealScroll may suspend or limit access to Pro features.
Content posted by a Pro user may become hidden or limited in visibility until the subscription payment is successfully completed.
Content itself will not be deleted solely due to payment failure.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their Pro subscription at any time through the platform settings or applicable payment provider.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non refundable once processed.
RealScroll may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in limited circumstances.

Continued use of the Pro subscription after pricing or feature changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Pro Badge and Creator Status
The Pro Badge indicates participation in the RealScroll Pro program and may signal that the creator has agreed to additional platform standards.
The Pro Badge does not represent endorsement, certification, verification of identity, or guarantees regarding the authenticity, quality, legality, or reliability of a creator’s content.
Creator Responsibility
Pro users agree to comply with RealScroll platform policies, including any applicable AI content rules or creator standards.
Violation of platform policies may result in removal of Pro status, suspension of Pro features, or termination of the account.
RealScroll may revoke Pro privileges at its sole discretion if a user violates platform rules or misuses Pro features.
Pro Boosted Visibility
Certain Pro features may include prioritized or enhanced content distribution within parts of the RealScroll platform.
These features are intended to provide additional opportunities for content discovery but do not guarantee any specific level of reach, impressions, engagement, followers, or business outcomes.
Content visibility on RealScroll may be influenced by a variety of factors including platform algorithms, moderation systems, user interactions, content quality, platform policies, and other internal processes.
RealScroll reserves the right to determine how content is ranked, displayed, recommended, or distributed across the platform at its sole discretion.
