Because RealScroll is designed to support transparency and authenticity in digital content, we may use automated systems and third party tools to analyze media uploaded to the platform.

2. Identifying possible synthetic or manipulated content.

3. Supporting moderation decisions.

When retention is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de identify information.

7. Account Deletion and Content Deletion

You may be able to delete content or your account through platform settings. When you request deletion, removal may not be immediate.

Content or account information may remain for a reasonable period in active systems, backups, logs, archived systems, legal hold systems, safety systems, or fraud prevention systems where necessary for legitimate operational, technical, legal, or security reasons.

Deletion of your content from public view does not necessarily mean immediate or complete removal from every system.

10. Posting Limits and Resource Management

To maintain platform quality, reduce spam, and manage the operational costs of moderation and content analysis systems, RealScroll may apply account based posting limits.

Free accounts may be limited to 50 image or video posts per day.

RealScroll Pro accounts may receive unlimited image and video posting privileges, subject to platform rules and moderation systems.

We may use account activity, upload behavior, and moderation related signals to enforce these limits and protect platform resources.

11. Children’s Privacy

RealScroll is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to RealScroll, please contact us.

12. International Data Processing

RealScroll may process and store information in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
